Having had a successful 14 year career managing 5-star hotels and resorts both domestically and internationally, Luke Marton thrived on making people’s experiences unforgettable. He has continued to utilise these skills and expertise and progressed to the Financial Services industry in 2005. His passion to help others and positively impact people’s lives is the driving force behind LifebyDesign Financial Services.

Luke works with a variety of different clients from those just starting out right through to people in the peak of their financial life as well as those planning or enjoying their retirement.

He believes that by providing education, clarity and direction that his clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Luke Marton has a Master of Commerce (Applied Finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning and Investments) from Griffith University. He has also completed a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Madelon Dodd

Madelon Dodd joined the LifeByDesign Financial Services team in August 2020 as a Client Services Officer.

She has many years of experience in senior Administration roles, lastly for 8 years as Executive Assistant to the Management team of a Manufacturing/Distribution company in Brisbane, and will be a great support for Luke Marton as the business continues to grow.

Her main focus will be on managing the client administration side of the business, as well as all things marketing. As Madelon lives on Brisbane’s Northside in Petrie, she primarily works from home, and is in our Victoria Point office one to two days per week.

Lisa Hooker

Lisa Hooker has been our part time Client Services Officer since November 2018.

Lisa provides clients ongoing assistance with their financial needs, primarily focusing on cashflow management & budgeting, and Portfolio reporting.
Lisa has 14 years Banking experience and has always worked in the financial sector.

On the weekends, Lisa enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two girls.
